ABOUT ME

My name is John Chern and I am a Real Estate Agent who specializes in Alhambra area real estate.

I have a combined ten years of experience in different facets of real estate.  Starting in 2008, I managed multiple FHA and Conventional loan refinance accounts.

​

I light of the financial collapse, I utilized my paralegal certificate, and spent seven years in Foreclosure Law where I fought for plaintiffs in wrongful foreclosure actions against large financial lending institutions.

The near decade of experience in multiple dimensions of real estate has provided me with the experience to help buyers, sellers, negotiate, review and explain contractual terms.

I was, am, and will always be an advocate for the homeowner.
